And some tips on how to use Fill pack Paper:

•Dispense enough paper void fill over the products to protect them during shipment.
•Don't compress the paper void fill too much.
•If you feel slight resistance when closing the flaps, you've used the right amount of paper.
•Dispense the paper void fill directly into the box and then slide it into the voids using just enough paper to fill the voids. Over stuffing will cause bulges that could tear up the corners or make it hard to close the flaps.

I have been searching sites for packaging medical supplies. I am a kidney transplant nurse working with patients that are now at home. We need to send them a very expensive medication, a long with the supplies for delivery of the medication. It comes in small (patient injects with no greater amount than 0.25ml) glass vials. The medication is so costly a patient is only given a small amount at a time. So the long and short, our boxes must be filled with pack paper. I don't think what we use now is recyclable. I want to bring this to the attention of our buyers to see if that is something our health organization can look at.
