Truly Sustainable?
With regards to repeat customers, would subsequent purchases make the product redundant to have multiple permanent use items like bird feeders and candle holders? One thing to address would be that this product uses tons more materials than it needs. A good question to address would be whether over-the-top, gimmicky packaging, with unrelated applications to the intended use of products are really a long term plan capable of reduced environmental impact, or a way to sell more chocolate. The term Zero Waste is very arguable, because it is taken from a very narrow view of the environmental impact. While it may not go into a landfill or recycling stream, it most likely uses 10-15 times more material than neccesary, weighs/occupies significantly more transportation resources, and costs all relevant parties significantly more money. An application to bundle products together? Yes. A sustainable model for others to follow? No.
