compostable bakeware
If Renew-a-Pak™ from Biosphere Industries is not available you might try Ahlstrom's parchment paper baking trays. I've never tried them and not sure of the support they give, but they are designed for all types of ovens and microwaves and are compostable and degradable and reportably have good release properties. Hope this helps. Good luck!
