Thanks for the feedback. As a 100% organic and Fair Trade and Rain Forset Alliance coffee roaster, I cringe everytime I bag my coffee in the polymer bags. But they are the best, flavor- and freshness-preserving packages available. Perhaps there is a better solution I'm not aware of. Thank you.

Are there any biodegradable (compostable) polymer bags (with valve) for coffee packaging yet? I would be interested.
