Minnesota is first to ban BPA

Minn_BPA.jpgAccording to the Pharmaceutical Business Review, Minnesota has become the first U.S. state to ban bisphenol-A (BPA) from plastic baby bottles and sippy cups. The new law, which was signed by Governor Tim Pawlenty last week, will prohibit the sale of children’s bottles and cups containing BPA, starting in 2011.
