Recycled Content use in Food grade packaging and LCAs - Training

I am looking for any training available for 2012 around using recycled content in food packaging. Mainly paper based, but also HDPE and PP. This could be geared towards designing for recyclability, Issues/concerns, coatings used on paperboard and their recyclability or how it affects their recyclability, ect. Let me know if you have any leads for this.
I am also interested in taking courses on LCA data usage and interpretations. I hav ebasic LCA knowledge(more than most), but would like to expand those skills further. Let me knopw of any opportunities you may know of. - Thanks - Rhett Adams - Organic Valley/CROPP Cooperative
