Recycled Content in Paper - Post Consumer or Post Industrial?

I am surprised that there is often skepticism among those considering paper protective packaging when the recycled content happens to be Post Industrial. Buyers readily accept the environmental benefits of paper i.e., recyclability, biodegradability, renewable resources, etc. But when it comes to claims of recycled content, Post Consumer is the gold standard and Post Industrial raises questions as to the environmental value packaging.
I recently wrote a blog post that I think addresses this skepticism. What do you think?
Thanks.
