Examples of Cities Eliminating Polystyrene from Office Supply Deliveries?

I'm researching policies and programs that require vendors to eliminate plastic foam packaging (e.g. polystyrene) from deliveries (computers and IT equipment, office supplies, etc.). To clarify, I am looking for examples of deliveries to office buildings, not examples from the food service industry.
Can anyone point me to some good examples? I'm primarily interested in U.S. cities, but other examples would work as well.
