Repulpable Adhesive for Hand-assembled packaging

Hello,
Our company is looking to source an adhesive for use in a hand-assembled folding carton. It needs to be quick setting and work with the recycling stream.
Hot glue gun seems like an easy solution since it is quick and easy for hand-assemble but thus far we have not been able to source any glue-sticks that are repulpable. I've read that standard hot-glue will not interfere with the recycling process (no "stickies") as it is not water soluble and is easily filtered out. But other then this I have not been able to find any info on the ecological attributes of using hot glue.
Is anyone aware of a repulpable hot-glue? Or any suggestions for an alternative. Obviously speed of assembly is a big issue for us and makes using most cold-glues a problem.
