We want to launch a food product that will be hand assembled.

It involves several smaller pouches which will go in a tray which we will then put in the folding carton. Since the operation is manual we are not sure what type of folding carton style to use on the top and bottom to speed up the work, is economical since we compete against Asian companies and the strength needed is for packing 100gms of product only. We want to try to avoid using glue.

Thank you for helping.
