Need packaging for cheese curds

Barbara Hanley

We're looking for new retail and food service packaging for our artisanal curd. Retail is 8 to 10 oz, and food service is 56 to 64 oz. The curd is somewhat acidic. Are there alternatives to plastic?
There can't be an air-space between product and lid. We really need a solution--
Can you point us in the right direction?
Thank you--
