Biodegradable packaging, labels and ink
I am doing some research for a friend who has a vegetable farm. He wants the packaging and labels to be completely biodegradable. In his words, "If it was dropped in a ditch, I would want it to just disappear." I heard that soy based inks aren't good because of a chemical additive? Also, he is a small farm and doesn't need a ton of whatever he decides to go with. Can anyone suggest a company/companies? This packaging will be for lettuce, primarily.
Thanks
