Wanted - good home for reusable bins

I have 40k Reusable Plastic totes looking for a good home. I would like to find someone who can put these to work in a reusable program vs me selling them for scrap. These totes sell for $36 ea, I am only asking $5 ea (14% of new price).
I am sure there are plenty of good homes out there and I am looking forward to making a reusable program a reality for someone looking to min their initial capital investment. At this price the payback should be in days.
