Laminated PE/ Metallized PET Film Structure Recycling Question

To Whom it may concern, we are a manufacturer of Thermal Insulated bags and we use a .48 ga polyester laminated to a PE film that makes the outer layer of our product. We have a customer that is interested in a 100% recyclable solution and are curious to know if you know of anyone who can recycle this type of material into other items such as park benches, fence posts etc.
We would also like to find a place to recycle any scrap produced in our process.
