Alternatives to Poly Bags

Hi! I currently work for a large jewelry company and we are looking to green our efforts. One of our biggest concerns regards the amount of poly bags we use. We supply a large quantity of jewelry to businesses. What is the best way to reduce, reuse and/or recycle them? The are various sizes depending on the jewelry. Are there greener alternatives?
