- Patent-pending Diamond Weave Technology is used to achieve up to 35% source reduction and significant reduction in GHG emissions, resulting in lower cost containers.
- Ropak Packaging's Diamond Technology is a unique, patent-pending approach to reducing material in rigid plastic containers while maintaining stack strength performance. The diamond lattice pattern is created by a criss-cross diagonal line/column pattern throughout the inside circumference of the container and adds structurual strength to the container's wall. When coupled with Polypropylene resin, this allows for significant source reduction while retaining the stack strength performance, functionality, and billboard area as that of the corresponding non-diamond container. This technology has been applied across a wide range of shapes and sizes - from 0.6 to 5.3-gallons.
