Self-locking tray erector

The POPLOK tray former from Eagle Packaging Machinery is a self-locking tray erector that erects corrugated trays with no glue, making it an environmentally friendly alternative to typical tray erectors.

Erects multiple size trays on the same machine, runs large or small trays, with or without a lid. Quick changeover features allow tray sizes to be adjusted in a matter of minutes. Construction includes sealed ball bearings and self-cleaning tracks in the blank transfer section, ensuring clean, quiet, maintenance-free operation.
